Refund & Return Policy.

All Items purchased on the Platform, whether in the form of a CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Prepaid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, or Game Key due to their nature, are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. To avoid ordering incorrect items, please check product descriptions and stock availability carefully before placing your order.

Services provided in the electronic environment or intangible goods and digital products provided to the consumer immediately cannot be canceled and returned. All users shopping on our site are considered to have accepted this requirement since they are shopping within the scope of digital content.

If unfortunately, your ordered item is not available/not delivered on time, we will issue a refund through the original payment method used.

However, a refund or exchange request in exceptional cases will be considered if the Item so purchased is found to be faulty or damaged and, not usable.

The Buyer is required to submit a written request to us on any faulty or damaged goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased Item by the Buyer. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the Buyer’s right to make any request for refund or exchange.
